Focus on Emergency Care

We recognize that our Emergency Room is often the first way patients access our hospital. From our ER renovation and expansion (completed in 2007), to our continuous evaluation of wait times and treatment efficiency, we have achieved stellar patient satisfaction scores. We’re proud of these scores as they reflect our continued commitment to you.

Because we know how important it is to be seen quickly in the Emergency Room, you can now view our average ER wait times on our hospital’s website. The Emergency Room at Englewood Community Hospital treats both pediatric and adult patients and is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We work hard every day to contribute to the health of our patients and to the well-being of our community.

Our website will provide you with the information needed to find a local physician, learn more about our inpatient and outpatient services, as well as identify the many support groups and community activities that we provide to help you lead healthier, happier lives.

As a 100-bed acute care hospital, offering a wide variety of healthcare services, we strive to create a culture that fosters compassion and kindness. With the patient as our primary focus, we have been recognized for our efforts in the prevention and treatment of illnesses including heart disease, general surgery, emergency care, urology and orthopedics. Working with a team of dedicated community physicians, we are able to achieve our vision of being the healthcare provider of choice in the community we serve.
